By accessing or using the Dark Pool platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Dark Pool provides algorithmic automation software, configuration tools, and a private operator community ("Platform"). The Platform enables users to build, configure, and run automated research workflows connected to third-party data sources and API services.
Dark Pool is a software platform only. We do not provide financial advice, investment management, trading signals, or any regulated financial service. Nothing on this platform constitutes a recommendation to buy or sell any asset.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to access and use automated trading software in your jurisdiction. By using the Service you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
Access to the Platform is provided on a monthly subscription basis at the tier you select. Subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically each month until cancelled. All payments are processed by our authorised payment processor.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to the Platform until the period expires. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period, except as set out in our Refund Policy.
You agree not to: reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute the Platform or its software; use the Platform for any unlawful purpose; share account credentials with third parties; or attempt to circumvent access controls.
Algorithmic automation on financial markets involves substantial risk of loss. Dark Pool software does not guarantee any particular outcome. All automation activity is executed at your own risk, on your own exchange accounts, under your sole direction and control. Past configuration behaviour is not indicative of future results.
All software, content, and materials on the Platform are the intellectual property of Dark Pool. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Platform for your own personal or business purposes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dark Pool shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to financial losses arising from use of the Platform or any automation configured therein.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
